Position: Inside Sales Executive
Reporting to: Vice President of Sales
Summary
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for out-bound telemarketing efforts within a defined territory. This would include, but not be limited to farming, developing and closing business as part of a larger sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with Field Sales Manager in scheduling and following up on sales opportunities with clients and partners with the goal of closing business on a daily basis.
Essential Job Functions/Expectations:
- Keen understanding of Technology
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Follow up on all warm leads
- Generate new business by making cold calls to prospective clients
- Meet sales criteria on a daily basis (manager establishes calling volume)
- Ability to sell to C level personnel
- Develop, close, and grow new and established business
Experience and Education Requirements:
- 2-3 years sales experience
- 2+ years of experience in a job in the technology field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be highly motivated driven, and passionate about their job
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred but on required
- Experience with salesforce.com or similar CRM platform
- Personal commitment to customer service and follow through
- Experience working in a decentralized, small start-up environment
- Desire to work in fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of mobile computing / tablet pc technology and markets is beneficial but must be able to demonstrate ability to learn new technologies
- Fluent in Simple Chinese / Mandarin preferred but not required
